Celebrating Our New Home in Mexico City

There are moments that remind us why we started Espíritu in the first place, and the opening of our new store in Mexico City was one of them.

Seeing our community — our tribe — walk through the doors, discover our latest collections, and try on our newest sandals was truly special. What began as an idea inspired by craftsmanship, color, and the beauty of Mexico came to life in the most meaningful way: surrounded by the people who have supported us every step of the journey and back to our roots.

We loved celebrating, dancing , and connecting with all of you guys. The incredible sounds of Mexican Gordito set the perfect atmosphere, turning the store into a vibrant celebration of creativity, culture, party and community.

Of course, no Espíritu gathering would be complete without some of our favorite Mexican spirits. Guests enjoyed pours of Cascahuín Tequila and Mezcal Amores, raising a glass to new beginnings, unforgettable memories, and the exciting future ahead.

More than a store opening, this was a celebration of the values that inspire us every day: authenticity, craftsmanship, connection, and a deep love for Mexico. Watching our tribe explore the collection, share stories, dance, and celebrate together reminded us that Espíritu has always been about more than sandals—it’s about the people who wear them.
