SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your purchase. Most orders are processed and out the door in the within a day or two after we receive your order on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), but transit time can take up to 7 days, depending on your distance from Texas. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions at customerservice@espiritu.com. Also, please add any extra delivery instructions to the comment section of your order.
International Orders (anywhere besides USA and Canada)
We offer express shipping via DHL to Australia, the UK, Japan, South Korea, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
At Espiritu, of course we want you to be happy with your item. Therefore, we give you the opportunity to return the item within 30 days of delivery date.

We only request that the goods be returned in the original condition, which means that your purchase remains unworn. Always attach the original packaging, any labels or dust bags if applicable.

Normally, it takes about 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return before receiving any reimbursement. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 30 days for a refund, which is the maximum time required by federal law.
EXCEPTIONS
All sale items are final, this includes, but is not limited to, Last Call items, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Hispanic Heritage Month, End of Season Sale etc.
Discount codes such as 20% off when you subscribe to our website are excluded and can be returned or exchanged.
If the received item is defective or incorrect, an exchange or return can be issued at no cost to you.
